QA Portal

The Software QA Portal provides a web interface to a number of software tools to aid in quality software development. The Portal allows the submission of small volumes of software for analysis or transformation. Larger projects should be processed by logging on directly to the QA Server.

The basic aim of these tools is to provide information of software quality and to provide software transformation tools. These tools provide:

• source re-formatting (pretty-printing)

• source transformation (e.g. fixed to free format, single to double precision)

• software metric calculations

• static analysis

• dynamic and coverage analysis
